A friend of mine who actually runs (as opposed to
pretending to run like I do) told me the best way to start was to walk for 5 minutes, jog for 5 minutes, etc. My creative side thought the easiest way to do that would be to walk for a song, jog for a song. So I loaded up the stroller with my
adorable child, loaded up Pandora with the "Classic Rock Power Workout" channel and took off.

Jog: A Pandora Commercial (insert comment about how lame and pathetic I am here)
