Maryann walked/jogged with me today. It was nice to have a partner. I switched to the "80s Cardio" station today. Here's the recap:
Walk: "Tainted Love"
Jog: "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun"
Walk: "Funky Town"
Jog: "Danger Zone" I imagined Val Kilmer behind me doing that bite/chomp thing. It helped!
Walk: Can't remember...too tired
I did feel like I wasn't as tired today, and I went a little further than yesterday. That's progress.
Spring break is this week. I'm worried about not feeling like running next week after working all day. Any motivation techniques?
